This year’s Community Shield game will be between Manchester City and Liverpool.
The Premier League Champions and runners-up lock horns at Wembley Stadium in the 2019/2020 curtain raiser this Sunday.

It might be a test of the depth to both sides.
Liverpool’s front three of Sadio Made, Mohammed Salah and Roberto Firmino have only returned to pre-season training this week, as have the City quartet of Ederson, Fernandinho, Gabriel Jesus and Sergio Aguero.
Kick off is 3pm West African time.
